THE BRUCE WOOD DANCE PROJECT (BWDP) marks return of nationally acclaimed choreographer and native Texan, Bruce Wood, to the Dallas/Fort Worth dance scene. A group of die-hard dance patrons invited Wood to lead a small troupe of seasoned professionals and proteges from the local region and to develop a first class contemporary company. Dedicated to cultivating new work to contribute to the dynamic cultural life of this region, BWDP embarks on Season 2 with momentum from a highly successful inaugural season. Wood has invited a successful Southern Methodist University alumn / choreographer / co-founder of Dark Circles Contemporary Dance in Korea, Joshua Peugh, to join him as Associate Choreographer.

Original, engaging, and entertaining, Artistic Director Wood’s innovative choreography and his remarkable dance company will make your spirit soar. Joined by Associate Choreographer Joshua L.
