Circle Theatre presents the regional premiere of by Alanis Morissette and Diablo Cody’s Jagged Little Pill, directed by Cherish Love, June 25–July 18. This Grammy and Tony Award-winning musical is inspired by Alanis Morissette’s iconic album, and weaves “together the lives of a seemingly perfect suburban family as they confront buried trauma, addiction, identity, and the struggle for authenticity.”

Houston Ballet ends its season with something for everyone starting with An Evening with the Stars, which includes a world premiere by Australian choreographer Alice Topp, Stanton Welch’s Tapestry and the company premiere of Jerome Robbins’s masterpiece Dances at a Gathering, May 28-June 7 at Wortham Center. Stanton Welch’s reimagined version of one of ballet’s most iconic works, Giselle, concludes the season, June 11-21 at Wortham Center.

Choreographed by three internationally known artists, Andonis Foniadakis, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa and Ihsan Rustem, the ballet brings the great Canadian poet/songwriter’s work to motion.
